Our client is a well-known and established Australian brand seeking an experienced P&C Business Partner to provide and deliver best practice HR solutions and advice across the whole employee life cycle.

Reporting directly to the GM of People & Culture, you will play a key role for the management and delivery of HR services with the key focus on performance management, workforce planning, organisational restructure and providing sound IR/ER advice. Key responsibilities will include:

- Leading the implementation of cyclical people management processes such as the annual remuneration review;
- Supporting and providing advice on the Enterprise Agreement negotiations, providing input into strategy, communication plan and union engagement.
- Collaborate with the broader P&C team to implement initiatives, policy frameworks and process across the business.

To be successful in this role, you will be a strategic HR professional who enjoys the operational hands-on aspects of their role and being part of the business. You will have the ability to establish credibility as a trusted advisor with a forward-thinking approach. You will be degree qualified in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
