If you are a end to end HR Business Partner that has IR experience and are looking for a challenging and diverse opportunity then this is a role you will need to consider.

In this role you will be involved in:

- Recruitment
- On boarding
- Development
- People capability and performance programs
- Diversity and inclusion programs
- Understanding how people cost and business costs intersect
- Talent mapping and succession planning
- Workforce planning
- Project management
- Providing tactical and strategic advice
- Collating and interpreting enterprise agreements

To be considered for this role you will ideally have been a HRBP for at least 3 years. You will have been in an end to end role and had experience dealing with and interpreting EA's. You will be a self starter and be able to work in an autonomous capacity. Industry experience across industrial, manufacturing, mining or construction would be advantageous but not a prerequisite.
