TOM Executive is currently supporting one of our leading Insurance clients on the recruitment of an ER Specialist to join an established and high performing People and Culture team. Working closely with the various Business Partners for different business units you will take ownership of complex ER matters while supporting your business unit on HR matters.

Key responsibilities:

- Owning the management and ER cases end-to-end across the full suite of ER matters.
- Supporting business leaders in their role within ER matters, effectively consulting across the business.
- Support business partners across the firm to effectively meet people and culture deliverables.
- Provide people advisory support across the range of lifecycle activities.
- Stand in for business partners at various business critical meetings for example project or leadership meetings.

Experience required:

- Able to own and manage ER/IR cases in a corporate environment.
- Understanding of Australian employment legislation.
- Experience in managing HR projects and transformations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable managing the relationship with senior figures.
