Our client is an award-winning not for profit organisation that supports the community with 3 distinctive unique brands.

This 12 month fixed term contract will suit an experienced People & Culture Business Partner who has experience leading the daily HR operations across the full employment lifecycle and leading a collaborative and supportive HR team including Talent Acquisition Advisor, People & Culture Advisor and People & Culture Administrator.

Reporting to the Director of People, Culture & Learning, you will provide advice, support and guidance across recruitment and selection, IR/ER matters, reward and recognition, remuneration and benefits and project work as required. You will also manage their HR compliance obligations, build the capability of the front-line leaders and produce relevant HR reports.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Prior experience managing a HR function
- Experience working at a senior HR practitioner level across IR/ER matters
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Your own vehicle as you will be required to attend another site
