With the business in an exciting phase of transformation, the HR team is playing a critical role in shaping the future and they're looking for a strong business partner to join their HR team.

THE ROLE

This is an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to step into a truly impactful role. Supporting a fast-moving client group, you'll partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver end-to-end HR support, with a strong focus on change management, workforce planning, and complex ER/IR matters.

It's a hands-on generalist role with a strategic edge, suited to someone who enjoys working at pace, can navigate ambiguity, and brings the gravitas to influence and build trust at all levels.

THE CANDIDATE

We're seeking a seasoned HR professional with strong operational business partnering experience. You will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, skilled at problem solving, and capable of managing complex ER matters, including grievances and disputes. The ideal candidate will combine resilience with pragmatism, and the ability to balance day-to-day delivery with a broader strategic outlook.
