To support a continued period of growth, we currently have an opportunity for an National Account Manager to join our unique, dynamic, and high-energy Head Office team, commencing ASAP. In this position, you will play an integral role to ensure growth for the brands Stuart Alexander represent with predominantly Metcash but also other Independent Grocery Customers.

**The role**:

- Permanent Full Time
- Hybrid, Ultimo based role (three days per week from the office)
- This individual will join a friendly and supportive team who collectively have a passion to drive the Indies channel
- Key responsibility for the role is to represent and drive our brands to continue to over-index within IGA and Independent Grocery
- Success in this role comes through a drive and diligence to discovering and executing opportunities whilst also ensuring the normal business processes internally and externally are delivered on.
- Business Planning (i.e. Forecasting) and implementing strong category reviews (alongside our Category Team) are key outputs of the role.
- High level of interaction and involvement across business with Marketing, Category and Field Sales teams
- An authentic person who brings their natural self to work
- Has a passion for Independent Grocery with prior knowledge of dynamics
- Is a strong team player who is motivated by the success of the team
- Has an ability to work independently at times
- An open person who is keen to learn and develop
- Personable and energetic person with a tenacity to drive opportunities
- Commercially minded person who has a track record of delivery against both topline sales and trade spend maintenance
- Strong attention to detail
- The role suits an individual who is happy to take charge of their part of the business and who is a positive which succeeds to get the best out of others
