**We’re looking for an Account Manager to join Publisher Services.**

It’s an exciting time in Membership, and in Publisher Services we’re on the cusp of something big. As we evolve our services to include proactive account management for key publisher members, we’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is committed to becoming an expert in their field.

While you don’t need to know everything on day one, your dedication to understanding our business and the global publishing landscape is essential. If this sounds like an adventure you’re ready to embark on, keep reading

**In this role you will:
- Proactively engage with key publishers, fostering positive working relationships.
- Arrange and attend account management meetings with publishers
- Collaborate with other departments to closely monitor and track key aspects of publisher distributions
- Develop a wholistic understanding of APRA AMCOS’ business operations. As an expert, you’ll be the go-to person for both internal and external queries related to your assigned publisher members
- Organise and deliver publisher education and networking events
- Work with internal teams to ensure agreements are processed quickly and accurately, and repertoire ownership is maintained Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our service offerings

**To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a music lover
- Have an interest in music publishing and copyright
- Be a people-person and have proven stakeholder relationship management skills
- Have proven ability to multitask and handle competing priorities
- Have effective written and interpersonal communication skills Be strategic and results-oriented

This is a permanent, fulltime role based in our Sydney Office.
