We are recruiting for a full-time permanent **Account Resolutions Coordinator **to join our OneMusic team In this role you will coordinate the legal escalation process where accounts are referred to the Legal Department. This is a hybrid role, and we are open to the role being based in any of our Australian offices.

**In this role, you will**:

- Manage processes and timelines for all accounts referred to Legal Department.
- Resolve accounts before being referred to the Legal Department within a legal framework.
- Coordinate national compliance
- Written and phone communication to existing and prospective clients. Compile regular status reporting for management.

**What you need**:

- Experience in working to deadlines
- Proven client relationship management skills
- Proven experience resolving complex client queries
- Exceptional written and telephone communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Experience in a legal setting is highly regarded
