Supporting the finance team you will be responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable, responsibilities will include:

- Full Function accounts payable processing; invoice matching and processing, expense claims and corporate credit card claims for payment
- Liaise with other teams in finance, and being a main support for the purchasing function, preparation of purchasing and other ad hoc reports as required and assist with Refresher training and provide advice to purchasing users
- Oversee the management of the petty cash float and reimbursements, including dispensing of cash, journals and reconciliations
- Dispensing Cab charge dockets and completing Cab charge reconciliations.
- Setting up new suppliers in the system, updating bank account details and filing accounts payable related documents
- Answering internal and external accounts payable enquires; providing remittance advices and payments status updates, collect and distribute mail for the accounts payable team

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in accounts payable. With a hands on style and can do attitude, you will be a critical member to this organisation having a positive impact and to the team in providing effective results. It goes without saying you will have excellent communication skills and have a can do attitude.
