**SCOPE OF THE ROLE**:

- Develop and implement consistent branding strategies to enhance market presence and brand identity.
- Analyse marketing data to evaluate performance and make proactive, multi-channel marketing recommendations.
- Promote business offerings using multi-channel mediums to actively work on marketing objectives of brand visibility, recognition and recall.
- Improve website usability to enhance the customer experience and generate sales.
- Create engaging content (blogs, news, articles, stories, posts, videos) to drive engagement and brand presence on social media.
- Coordinate comprehensive marketing campaigns, managing activities like artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and content placement within time and budget constraints.
- Research and incorporate relevant news and updates into marketing strategies.
- Run strategic social media campaigns to increase engagement and sales conversion.
- Monitor social media posts' insights to interact with followers, guiding them toward sales through effective communication.
- Analyse marketing information, including pricing, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data.
- Conduct consistent market research to identify trends and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Regularly research the target audience for each service to better meet their needs.
