We’re on the lookout for a Social Media & Student Services Officer - a dynamic role that blends digital engagement and student support by turning creativity into real business growth. If you love building authentic online engagement and helping students navigate their academic journey, this is your moment to shine

What You’ll Be Doing:

- **Social Media Management & Content Creation**
- Develop and execute engaging content (videos, graphics, captions) for social media platforms.
- Stay ahead of trends with engaging, attention-worthy and shareable content.
- Maintain and grow our online audience through strategic campaigns.
- **Engagement & Lead Conversion**
- Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a strong online community.
- Generate leads and business opportunities through strategic social media strategies.
- Drive brand awareness into new markets.
**- Student Services & Admissions Support**
- Drive new admission opportunities by engaging with prospective students and guiding them through the process.
- Research and provide tailored course recommendations based on students’ interests, eligibility, and requirements.
- Offer guidance and support to students seeking educational opportunities.
- **Administrative & Support Role** (Full-Time Applicants Only)
- Assist in legal and administrative tasks within the office.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Creative Storyteller** - Can develop exciting, relatable, and on-trend content.
- **Video Editing & Social Media Savvy** - Experience in video-making and platform-specific trends (Reels, TikTok, Instagram posts and stories, etc.).
- **Marketing & Growth-Oriented** - Can turn engagement into actual leads and business opportunities.
- **Student-Focused & Supportive** - Passionate about helping students find their best academic path.
- **Strong Communicator** - Able to engage an online audience and provide excellent student support.
- **Self-Starter & Idea Generator** - We love individuals who bring fresh perspectives and aren’t afraid to take initiative
- **Organized & Detail-Oriented** - Can manage content schedules, student services tasks, and administrative duties efficiently.
