Koala Solutions is a Sydney-based migration, education, and recruitment consultancy. We support international students, skilled workers, and employers across Australia with visa pathways, skills assessments, and education opportunities.

We are seeking a motivated and energetic team member who is sharp with administration, marketing, IT, and above all, passionate about student recruitment and immigration services. This role is ideal for someone who aspires to become a Registered Migration Agent or build a career in education and migration support.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Recruitment
• Advise students on education options, courses, and career pathways in Australia.
• Assist with enrolments, applications to colleges/universities, and maintaining provider relationships.
• Manage student enquiries and provide timely, accurate information on study and visa options.
• Immigration Support
• Assist Registered Migration Agents with document preparation for student and skilled visa applications.
• Coordinate compliance checks and maintain accurate records.
• Support clients with clear communication and updates.
• Administration & Marketing
• Handle client enquiries (phone, email, walk-ins) with professionalism.
• Maintain CRM systems, update student and client records, and manage office administration.
• Contribute to Koala Solutions' marketing efforts, including social media posts, student campaigns, and digital content.
• IT & Systems
• Provide basic IT and system support for digital tools and online forms.
• Assist in streamlining workflows using cloud-based platforms.

Skills & Attributes

• Passion for student counselling, recruitment, and immigration services.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with excellent English (additional languages a plus).
• Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and IT systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Background or study in migration law, business, administration, IT, or education (desirable).
• Previous experience in student recruitment, education counselling, or immigration support is highly valued.
• Strong customer service experience and people skills are essential.
