Koala Solutions is an Australian Immigration Consulting firm based in Hurstville, Sydney. We use our extensive knowledge of immigration laws to help provide personalised solutions to all our clients based on their unique circumstances. Apart from providing immigration services, we also assist international students with the enrolment process along with career counselling and support services for them to transition into Australia. Our other wing is to place skilled workers with Australian businesses.

The role is for a highly motivated individual to provide assistance to international students with the enrollment process to study in Australia and support the business with other administrative functions.

**On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to**:

- Assist onshore and offshore students with the college enrolment process.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for promoting and providing course information and admission process to international students.
- Processing student enrolments and issuing associated paperwork and communications.
- Maintaining admissions procedures, responding to student enquiries, and appropriate follow-up action.
- Being the primary point of contact for Students on issues including, but not limited to, general course queries, class times, timetabling, payments, and visa requirements.
- Assisting with Student enrolment, Intakes and Orientations
- Assisting in marketing activities and special events
- General administrative duties include maintaining student databases, maintaining regular contact with students, and assisting with organising and administering various documentation.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferable
- Exceptional customer-centric attitude
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- An ability to prioritize tasks within a fast-moving and high-volume business
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of social media marketing will be an advantage

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
