**Your new role**
Reporting to the HR Director, this is an end to end Talent Acquisition Specialist role where you will be responsible for the full recruitment function for the business, focusing on head office, C-suite and corporate roles nationally and across New Zealand. You will design, improve and implement recruitment processes, review agency spend and implement internal recruitment processes. You will be a hands on talent sourcer, managing many vacancies across Retail Operations in Management, merchandising, category management, digital marketing, PR, Sales, Finance, technology etc.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be an experienced and seasoned Recruiter with ideally experience in talent acquisition or internal recruitment and agency. You will be experienced in recruiting into the Retail sector and enjoy working in busy fast paced cultures and teams. You will be a proactive sourcer and enjoy talent pooling as well as being able to develop strong working relationships across many different stakeholders. You will be a team player and be experienced in working in stand alone, sole contributor position in recruitment previously. You will be system savvy and experience in using recruitment license, linkedin, social media and other key forums and recruitment tools to find the best people. A passion for retail would ideal too

You will work in new head office environment in Sydney Inner CBD with 3 days a week and 3 days WFH.

This is a hybrid model and cannot consider 100% remote applicants.

You will be offered a salary of $125,000 - $135,000 base + super and benefits and work with a collaborative and position People & Culture team.
