This fantastic opportunity is with a global insurance company based in Sydney CBD.
**Your new role**
This position is a blended role of both Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. You will be managing the employee lifecycle including employee relations, benefits, training and development. You will also be building relationships with managers to understand hiring needs and managing the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising through to onboarding.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have a mix of HR generalist and Talent Acquisition experience preferably within a similar industry. You will have strong experience with handling employee relations matters along with providing support to managers. You will have experience partnering with global teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
