Are you looking to accelerate your career in project delivery and gain exposure to one of Australia's largest transformation programs? We are seeking a motivated PMO Analyst to join a high-performing team supporting critical projects across Retail Banking and Digital (Online Banking & Mobile App) for an initial 12 month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with around 5 years' experience who is eager to grow into a Senior PMO or Project Management role.

What you'll be doing
  • Supporting program governance through preparation of packs (including Steering Committee materials) and reports.
  • Assisting with PMO functions such as compliance, scheduling, risk/issue management, dependencies, and financial tracking.
  • Partnering closely with the Senior PMO Manager, taking ownership of deliverables and demonstrating initiative.
  • Using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint to analyse, report, and present insights.
  • Contributing to the smooth running of multiple major projects, including administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Seizing opportunities to take on broader responsibilities as you demonstrate capability.
What we're looking for
  • 5 years' experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Analyst, or Project Support role.
  • Strong academic background and analytical skills.
  • Ambition to develop into a Senior PMO or Project Manager role (not a career PMO Analyst).
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with exposure to or willingness to learn PowerBI, Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
