About the role
As our Quality Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the overall quality and compliance efforts within the Education and Training team. Reporting to the Training Quality Lead, you’ll assist in developing and managing the quality management framework, focusing on streamlining processes and ensuring accreditation requirements are met. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement initiatives are effectively implemented and quality assurance standards are maintained will also be an important part of the role.
**As our Quality Administrative Officer, you'll also**:
Implement and maintain quality assurance tools, systems, and processes, including conducting audits and benchmarking.
Coordinate and prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and papers for Quality Committees.
Monitor and evaluate continuous improvement actions, providing feedback and reporting results to key stakeholders.
Support the development and documentation of procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
Skills & Experience
Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or risk environments, including conducting reviews, analysis, and audits.
Strong program administration and Secretariat skills, including record-keeping and activity tracking.
Proficiency in using monitoring, measuring, and tracking software to support continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to write clear process documentation.
