Ready to make your mark in aged care quality?
If you're the kind of person who can spot opportunities for improvement before anyone else, thrives on solving problems, and takes pride in lifting standards of care—you'll love this role.
This isn't a desk job where you get lost in paperwork. As a Quality Support Officer, you'll be out in the homes, rolling up your sleeves, and working side by side with managers and care teams to make a real impact. Your clinical knowledge and sharp eye for detail will help drive best practice, improve outcomes, and create safer, happier environments for residents.
Here's why this role could be perfect for you:
- You enjoy variety—no two days (or two homes) are the same.
- You want to grow—working closely with an experienced Executive Manager who's passionate about mentoring.
- You like to see your work translate directly into better care for older Australians.
- You're motivated by the bigger picture—lifting standards across a whole portfolio, not just one site
What makes you the right fit...
- You're AHPRA-registered (RN or EN) and bring the clinical credibility that staff and leaders respect.
- You have a solid understanding of the new Aged Care Quality Standards and what they really mean in practice.
- Strong auditing and reporting skills are second nature to you, and you know how to turn findings into action.
- You understand the aged care accreditation process inside-out and can support teams to shine under pressure.
- You are an engaging communictor, whether it's coaching staff or presenting data, you bring people with you on the journey.
- Driven by purpose, at the core, you want older Australians to experience safer, better, more consistent care.
This is your chance to step into a respected, values-driven aged care provider that backs innovation, supports your ideas, and gives you the platform to shape the future of care quality in Victoria.
