  • You're AHPRA-registered (RN or EN) and bring the clinical credibility that staff and leaders respect.
  • You have a solid understanding of the new Aged Care Quality Standards and what they really mean in practice.
  • Strong auditing and reporting skills are second nature to you, and you know how to turn findings into action.
  • You understand the aged care accreditation process inside-out and can support teams to shine under pressure.
  • You are an engaging communictor, whether it's coaching staff or presenting data, you bring people with you on the journey.
  • Driven by purpose, at the core, you want older Australians to experience safer, better, more consistent care.
