Plant Allocator

Sydney Based DL Contracting Services are seeking an allocator / junior allocator to join our team at our office based in Banksmeadow NSW.

We are looking for a machinery allocator or a capable person, preferably with a construction background willing to be trained in the earthmoving industry. You'll be working in an environment where you need to be organised with strong people skills and are customer service focused.

We have a fleet of machinery (including: excavators of all sizes, Posi Track loaders, tippers, etc).

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily allocations of all plant hire & employee's using an online based system
- Answer phone calls and take new bookings
- Liaising with suppliers
- Assisting the director with the day to day organisation of jobs
- General administration activities
- Work with and sign up new subcontractors
- Day to day allocation operations
- Organise break down repairs, servicing etc
- Creating & sending purchase orders

**Must be**:

- Computer literate
- Xero experience an advantage

**Salary**: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
