**Your Next Opportunity**
We’re on the lookout for a **Guest Experience Officer** to join our team at our **Nepean River Holidays** site.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in being the welcoming face to our park, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it
Located on the banks of the Nepean River in Western Sydney, our holiday park offers a relaxed, nature-filled setting just minutes from Penrith’s shops, cafes, and local attractions.

**In this Role, You’ll**
- Welcome guests warmly, provide information about the park/resort, local area, amenities, and activities, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Convert walk-in bookings, promote other Ingenia Holidays destinations, and upsell suitable products while following reservation policies and capturing guest details.
- Coordinate and deliver engaging holiday activities within budget, maintain a safe and tidy environment, and encourage guest participation.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, follow sales and service procedures, and work towards achieving customer satisfaction goals like Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Support caretaking duties as needed, including site cleanliness, after-hours guest assistance, and monitoring compliance with site rules.
**You’re Likely a Match If You**
- You’re passionate about creating warm, memorable guest experiences through genuine customer service.
- You have experience in hospitality or tourism, or you're enthusiastic about building your skills in a guest-focused role.
- You're confident using Microsoft Office and booking systems like Newbook, or you're eager to learn and grow in a tech-enabled environment.
- You work collaboratively with others, communicate with empathy, and bring a strong eye for detail to everything you do.
- You have a valid Working with Children Check
- Have a current ‘c’ class driver’s licence
You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
