The Role

We are seeking a long-term, casual Data Entry Operator/Administrator to work in person at our Emu Plains office, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm.

This role involves both technical data review and general office administration, including:

  • Conducting video review and condition assessment of road attributes in line with IMG protocols.
  • Plotting visual representations of road attributes on maps (geospatial mapping).
  • Auditing collected data for accuracy.
  • Advising the supervisor of any production or quality issues.
  • Completing timesheets and following project procedures.
  • Providing occasional administrative support to the office team.
  • Following all IMG safety, quality, and environmental processes.

About You

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong general computer literacy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and entering data.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • A self-motivated and reliable work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and commit to long-term casual employment.
  • Experience working with GIS software (such as QGIS, MapInfo and ESRI) or an understanding of geospatial concepts is advantageous but not essential.
