Business Administration Co-ordinator

APRA has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Business Support/Administration Coordinator to support the operations of the Superannuation Division in APRA.
To be effective in this role you must be organised, proactive and great with people. You will enjoy this role if you like fast-paced and friendly environments in which you are valued and encouraged to take initiative.
**Responsibilities**
- Anticipating the needs and requirements of your Executive, the broader Division leadership team and Division
- Maintaining good working relationships within the Division and wider APRA
- As a Business Support team, co-ordinating Divisional off-sites and events
- Looking for ways to improve the way the business operates and putting new ideas into practice
**Requisite skills and experience**
- Experience in providing support or in a customer facing role
- Highly developed skills in communication, Microsoft Office suite, relationship and time management
- Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and willing to do what is needed to get things done
- Be organised and detail-oriented, while also able to see the big picture and think ahead
