Warehouse & Facilities Co-ordinator

**Your tasks**:
- Warehouse Management of Warehouse Officer. Logistics management (goods in/out) - every department has their own standards eg whether they want them to open box and check contents, lot it and store it. Post in/out. Space allocations and storage. Archiving and disposal in line with disposal date (digitize where possible and strive to get individual teams to manage own documents). Stock management - aligning what is on the system with what is on the shelf so the teams can see what available so orders can be placed when needed. Wasp tool manages storage side of that and who owns it. Storage for demo, sales, service, onsite spares. Maintenance of Telehandler as per schedule (external through Crown) as well as morning visual inspection on site. Establishing new operational processes where required. Managing key stakeholder relationships. Any other duties as required by Directors to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse and dispatch process. Organizing couriers for shipments around Australia and the world. Maintaining clean warehouse conditions. Facilities (including maintenance and sub-contractors) Point of contact for building owners (5 offices - Adelaide is serviced office). Point of contact internally for staff. Manage redesigns/fit outs including liaising with designers/consultants including quotes and subsequent ordering of furniture. Oversee services such as fire systems and roller door repair and ensure that all scheduled maintenance tasks are completed on time. Oversee contract relationship for cleaners. Co-ordinate adhoc services like painters, signage, electrical repairs and checks, locksmiths, plumbers and air con (where R&S responsible, for example in integration area). Facilitate other adhoc building tasks. Manage waste management for Sydney site (shred, batteries, recycling, bulk secure destruction) Organize waste management contracts for other sites (approve rec from building manager) Ensure all premises are maintained in good working condition at all times. Carrying out routine housekeeping inspections. Work, Health & Safety Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety legislation / guidelines for self and staff at all times. Oversee the health, safety and environmental aspects of the FM delivery and complete site safety inspections. Completing inductions for new team members and overseeing process for external visitors/contractors. Physical Demands: Frequent lifting of cartons up to 16kg Occasional lifting of cartons up to 35kg (using trolley equipment or 2 person lifting) Frequent bending, reaching, standing and walking Maneuvering pallets using telehandler or goods on trolleys.

**Your qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a warehouse or in facilities management (ideally both) Strong administration and time management skills Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and strong IT skills- reference number: 948
