**SAP SuccessFactors Data Consultant**
Our client is a well known client in the FMCG industry. We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Data Consultant for an initial 3 month contract in Melbourne. You will be responsible for supporting SAP SuccessFactors to enable the effective delivery of HR processes. You will also be responsible for overseeing data management through a strong data governance process, maintaining the integrity of information, creating, running and maintaining scheduled data reports, analysing the outputs to identify areas requiring attention, as well as cleansing and standardising data.
**Duties / Skills Required**
- Detailed understanding of bulk upload functionality within SuccessFactors
- Understands the linkage between position hierarchy and person hierarchy
- Can analyse data in system when preparing data loads to understand impacts of future dated transactions and navigate through them to ensure all data is correct
- Understanding of data structures with SuccessFactors to ensure Division, business unit etc, are maintained and accurate
- Document processes and set up to ensure processes can be handed over and used by system novices in BAU
