We are working in partnership with a Federal Government affiliated organisation. Our client is looking for a collaborative team player to join their team as an SAP HR Analyst (SuccessFactors) for initial 6 months with a likely 12-month extension.
**Responsibilities**
- The role of the SAP SuccessFactors System Administrator is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective support of the company's requirements.
- The SuccessFactors Administrator aids in realizing the organization's people strategy by facilitating processes and utilizing tools that empower leaders to recognize, oversee, and nurture their talent.
- This position reports to the Director of Corporate Technology and is accountable for assisting in configuring, implementing, and maintaining minor enhancements within the SAP SuccessFactors system.
- Furthermore, the Administrator will collaborate in establishing prerequisites for system administration, instituting governance processes, overseeing implementation, communication, and safeguarding system security administration to bolster the organization's strategic goals.
**Skills and experience**
- Manage day-to-day administration of the SAP SuccessFactors system for teams focused on Performance & Compensation, Learning, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Experience.
- Collaborate with HR Leadership, business process proprietors, and fellow system administrators to configure, sustain, and manage the environment, harmonizing it with our business operations.
- Sustain system security roles, initiate forms, and oversee auxiliary content (e.g., profiles, forms, notification updates, templates, configurations, field labels, etc.).
- Generate impromptu reports, tiles, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues and, when necessary, third-party vendors to maintain the system.
- Liaise with SAP SuccessFactors and/or third-party providers to stay current on quarterly release system specifications, manage system alterations, and communicate updates to affected stakeholders.
