SAP Payroll Testing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Payroll Processing and Testing Specialist to join our client, one of the largest employers in Australia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the complex and ever-changing payroll environment of our client, utilizing your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and payroll system testing. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess SAP Payroll processing experience and have a keen interest in testing or have experience in Payroll System Testing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of SAP Payroll processing and testing activities.
- Utilize your SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll processing background to fully understand all the complexity with different payroll processed to be able to test any changes/updates efficiently.
- Contribute to the end-to-end testing of payroll system issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Stay updated with new wage type/Absence type, EBA increase, and end of year financial legal changes, and incorporate them into payroll processing and testing activities.
- Analyse and interpret payroll data to generate reports and insights for stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements related to payroll testing

**Requirements**:

- Solid experience in SAP Payroll processing within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Familiarity with payroll system testing methodologies and practices or a strong desire to transition into a testing role.
- Strong understanding of new wage type/Absence type, EBA increase, and end of year financial legal changes.
- Previous experience in testing across any or all of these areas is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
