Seeking an experienced Training/Events Coordinator for a 6-month temporary position.
My client, a global leader in the Technology Sector is seeking a highly motivated and organised Training/Project Coordinator to join their team. This role will be 100% remote and can be completed interstate within Australia. The corporate Head Office is based in Sydney CBD.
As the Training Coordinator, you will have responsibility for a scheduling and coordinating events and training programmes to internal and external stakeholders within the APAC region.
Duties within the role will include:
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders/vendors to coordinate and facilitate training programmes and schedules
- Scheduling training sessions, workshops, and events
- Provide virtual day-of coordination and production support, including technical assistance and troubleshooting.
- Manage and monitor virtual training sessions, ensuring participants have access to all required tools and resources.
- Manage course evaluations and report program performance
- Schedule presenters and/or facilitators for respective courses.
- Book conference rooms, coordinate catering, and coordinate delivery of training supplies.
- Prepare presentations and analysis of training sessions/events
- Perform data entry into spreadsheets
- Conduct monthly & quarterly reviews of: org charts, links, photos etc. to keep sites up to date and useful.
About you:
- 2-3 years of related experience in Training and development/Events/Administration
- Highly motivated professional with proactive nature
- Great team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Exceptional communicator with a customer and client focus
- Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team spirit.
- Excellent attention to detail, oral, written and presentation skills, confident communicator.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to learn/develop new reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels and across business functions.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Responds well to feedback.
- Experience using: Zoom/Zoom Breakout Rooms/ Google Apps
