**Your new role**
Reporting to the PR & Events Manager Oceania, the Senior PR & Events Executive is in charge of implementing with uncompromising quality, excellence and creativity of the brand and driving awareness and visibility.
- Assisting the execution of PR and Events taking into account local specificities and challenges, in line with International and Regional guidelines. Eg. Product launches, partnership events, commercial events, VIP trips, patrimony events, transmission events.
- Responsible for working with PR Agency in achieving high editorial performance and benchmarking in quality and quantity of product segments, constantly supporting the brand image.
- Media management and strategies, working on press releases, editorials, advertising, PR material, photo-shooting all PR related projects. Provide editorial analysis, co-ordinate press trips, pitch and photoshoots.
- Supporting the PR and Events Manager in execution of events in and out of boutiques.
- Copy call insertions coordination (review insertions with media plan, liaise with production house, submit for approval and revert to agency)
- Constantly maintain and monitor position performance, quality in special executions and advertising, key title partnership for improved and optimum ROI performance.
- Maintain good relationships with agencies and sales and editorial team of publications in the market.
- Support and drive digital and qualified presence through Search Engine Advertising, display qualitative digital campaigns to develop awareness and enhance engagement through social media to recruit qualified fans and other online campaigns.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong network of media Relationships in fashion, lifestyle.
- Experience leading and managing media agencies
- Knowledge of Client and PR trends in luxury category
- Strong communicator.
- Sensitive to deadlines and confident to manage competing priorities is key - working with lots of workflows, so need to be comfortable with managing this, and able to advise if need to re-prioritise rather than miss deadlines.
- High attention to detail, and a 'customer service' mindset, as the role is to enable Retail and Media, and the culture of the team should always be with the grace of accommodating these key stakeholders.
- Someone who is confident to find solutions; and can escalate if problems occur, to ensure the right people are informed.
