**Your new company**
My Client is a top-tier investment bank in Sydney and they are currently looking for a Events Marketing Specialist to join their team in Sydney.

**Your new role**
- partner with the business host and marketing strategist to define event objectives, content, target audience and timing
- establish project budgets, monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle, exercise cost control, review & process invoices and produce final cost report
- develop marketing materials in line with UBS branding
- manage client registration process and experience
- project manage logistics for both in-person and virtual projects including venue, audio visual, production, catering, accommodation, and transportation
- act as the central point of contact coordinating schedules, guest lists and providing regular updates
- ensure compliance processes and procedures are followed to minimize operational risk
- arrange for speaker’s logístical and technical requirements
- communicate with both internal and external clients including C-Suite, investor relations and institutional investors
- conduct post-event evaluation, issuing questionnaires and collating post event report, including attendance metrics and financials

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 3+ years experience working within corporate events or financial industry
- excellent organization and time management skills (you keep track of the details, keep people updated and meet tight deadlines)
- strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- detail oriented and proven ability to juggle multiple projects in various stages of development
- be able to work under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment
- high level of professionalism and discretion
