Your Role
Working as part of the bids team, you will play a lead role in project managing the end-to-end bid process and logistics of bid submissions, developing compelling winning strategies and persuasive stories, in response to client needs.
You will be responsible for delivering compliant and commercially sound bids, ensuring all resources are aligned to the client's requirements long before the bid and pursuit phase gets underway.
Managing inputs from multiple stakeholders from within the business, you will tie the process together to ensure logical, consistent and effective bid submissions, considering all commercial, technical, legal and compliance aspects of the bid are included in the final price to the customer.
You will also be responsible for identifying and delivering ongoing improvements to the bid process and developing and maintaining our bid content library.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Proven track record managing a bid process and bid writing in a highly commercial environment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a bid manager in professional services.
- Demonstrated expertise in acquiring new business.
- Demonstrated experience in implementation of all necessary bid procedures, governance, and processes.
- Ability to work under pressure with challenging deadlines.
- Bid team leadership.
- Proficient use of Microsoft and Adobe programs.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Construction/ fitout sector experience highly regarded.
