At Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC), we're known for delivering high-quality projects with certainty. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Bid Manager to lead the development of compelling submissions that reflect our values, capabilities, and client-focused approach.

The role will be based at our head office in St Leonards.

The Opportunity

As a Bid Manager, you will lead the end-to-end bid management process, develop winning strategies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused submissions. Your role will be instrumental in driving business growth and securing new work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead bid strategy development in alignment with client needs and market trends
  • Oversee proposal development, editing, and final production
  • Conduct competitive analysis and integrate insights into bid positioning
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the bid process
  • Manage bid budgets and ensure timely submission of all documentation
  • Maintain CRM and bid databases for accurate reporting and tracking
  • Conduct post-bid analysis to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure quality assurance across all bid content and outputs

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in bid management within the construction industry
  • Proven success in winning bids for complex construction projects
  • Strong project management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines
  • Deep understanding of construction industry trends and client expectations
