We now have an excellent new opportunity for a Bid Manager with tech consulting or IT Services background to join our team - based in Melbourne or Sydney, this is an excellent opportunity to truly make a difference and create and implement process, content, and systems.

What your typical day will look like:
As our new Bid Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire bid process, from identifying new business opportunities to preparing and submitting winning proposals. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including sales, technical teams, and senior management, to develop competitive bids that align with our organisation's goals and objectives.

Core responsibilities include:

- Lead the end-to-end bid management process, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Write, review, and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, compliance, and persuasive messaging
- Create and maintain a bid library of standardised content, templates, and case studies for future use
- Conduct rigorous proposal reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client needs
- Ensure timely and compliant submission of proposals, adhering to client requirements and submission guidelines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple bids and prioritise effectively
- Strong analytical and research abilities to assess market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality to ensure high-standard proposal submissions
- Proven success and enthusiasm to build process and instil standards of excellence in our Bid Management procedures
- Excellent Copywriting skillset and demonstrated ability to build a relevant and consistent content library

Next Steps:
An indicative salary range for this role is $130,000-$150,000 incl. Super and dependent on experience.
