The business manufacturers solutions around two way radio, microwave, wifi, scada, telemetry and essentially all other forms of connectivity solutions for the remote environment.

The Australian arm to the business has built a stellar reputation through excellent work throughout government, enterprise, transport, infrastructure, public safety, mining and many other industry verticals that can attest to their credibility of being a true market innovator.

**Position**

The role of **WA State Manager** has now become available.

The position entails taking over the full accountability of all activities coming out of the Perth office. This covers a major focus on sales, account management and revenue growth in the region, as well as managing the office operationally, ensuring maximum efficiencies are achieved through technicians and administrative staff.

You will inherit and manage a staff headcount covering sales, technicians, and administration and although not required to manage the full P/L, you will manage the states top line revenue and margin expectation.

The WA team is a successful unit and therefore your role would be to sustain and improve the performance of a team currently overachieving on targets.

This is a senior position focussed on maintaining and enhancing the performance of the team, as such you must display excellent leadership traits, as well as a passion to immerse yourself in the company culture and the national senior leadership team where your ideas and strategies will be heard and implemented across the country.
