- Great opportunity to lead the client support and operational team in Perth. You will lead a large team of Senior Associate Advisers (SAA) Associate Advisors (AAs) and Client Service Managers (CSM) who provide high quality support and technical assistance.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the team to provide support and technical assistance to in the preparation of advice, implementation of advice and ongoing assistance with managing clients
- Accountable for delivery of consistent, compliant and standardised SFG operational processes
- Collaborative with the Head of Shadforth in delivery of the State’s annual budgets, pledges and targets
- Monitor and Manage team workflows
- Train and mentor team
- Identify and implement improvements to processes
- Lead and proactively get involved in projects
- Recruit new Talent
- Manage the training and development program of team

**What you will bring**:

- Solid leadership experience in financial planning
- Strong Technical knowledge in financial planning
- Ability to drive a high performing culture
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management governing financial planning
- Degree in finance, business or management
- RG146 Compliant preferred
