This is a temp-to-perm opportunity and my client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

**Your new role**
As an Executive Assistant, you will be supporting two directors with their operating workflow and administrative duties. You will also be assisting them with projects and be the liaison for external stakeholders.
- Diary and calendar management
- Coordination of events and travel
- Preparation of agendas and presentations
- Minute taking
- Records and document management
- Compile reports for board and management meeting

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have at least 3+ years’ experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant working in a professional environment and possess strong communication and organisational skills.
- Computer literate with advanced MS Office suite and productivity apps including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
- Demonstrable high attention to detail and a commitment to high standard of work
- Ability to foster and manage internal and external stakeholder relationship
