About the Role
We are looking for a Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Systems Co-ordinator to join our team on a 12-Month Secondment. This role will report to the HSE Manager ANZ at ourEnfield office.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Collation/management of data for HSE reporting requirements.
- Maintain and improve the MAURI learning management system - MauriLearn/EDApp including the uploading and monitoring of new and existing training resources, technical support to MAURI users as required.
- Training and fielding enquiries from relevant HSE Business Partners on HSE systems functionality and management.
- Support and improve MAURI division with HSE systems including relevant and timely feedback to system providers.
- Organise/schedule training programs (e.g., Lock Out Tag Out; Incident and Investigation Management; Personal Protective Equipment - PPE; Safe Handling; Dust Awareness).
- Organise/schedule Safety Leadership and refresher Programs.
- Problem-solving capability
- A positive attitude towards planning and coordinating amongst multiple teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn various systems and programs.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build productive relationships with key stakeholders.
