**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Main Duties**
- Assist with the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) project, ensuring effective communication and project coordination
- Manage and organize project-related documents and materials, ensuring easy access and up to date information.
- Coordinate travel schedules for project team members, ensuring efficient and timely arrangements.
- Update and refine process maps to reflect current project workflows and procedures.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Project Director-Systems, including scheduling, documentation, and other support tasks as needed.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5+ years of experience in a project coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in updating and creating training materials.
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with team members across various functions.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CPQ concepts is a plus.
