**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Supporting the Works Manager and Scheduler by managing work orders and overseeing the full lifecycle of each order through to billing.
- Collaborating with the safety team to ensure compliance by liaising with subcontractors and uploading mandatory documents.
- Assisting the program team by managing the responsive inbox, addressing inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, and resolving claims and invoices efficiently.

**About You**:

- Previous administrative experience is highly valued.
- A self-starter who thrives when working autonomously and building strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Experience with SAP is desirable but not essential.
