About the Role
Upwards Living is seeking an IT Coordinator to join our growing team on a permanent full-time basis. Working 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home, based in Parramatta office, need to travel to Lansvale office every fortnight on Thursday.
Main responsibilities
1. Visicase (CRM & Case Management System
- Act as the system owner for VisiCase post-implementation settlement.
- Provide hands-on support to staff, ensuring smooth daily use and troubleshooting.
- Raise, track, and resolve tickets with the VisiCase provider, following through to closure.
- Work with internal teams to gather feedback and identify system improvements.
- Support ongoing VisiCase-related projects and enhancements.
2. Microsoft 365 Ecosystem (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Coordinate with external consultants to establish a structured SharePoint environment for document and data management.
- Support design and rollout of automated workflows (Power Automate) and customised business apps (Power Apps).
- Ensure systems are aligned with compliance and operational requirements of NDIS and Aged Care.
- Train and support staff in adoption and best use of these tools.
3. UKG (Upcoming HRIS/Payroll System)
- Support the planning and implementation of the UKG system in coordination with HR, Finance, and external consultants.
- Assist in data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting during rollout.
- Act as internal liaison between UKG consultants and business units.
4. IT Coordination & Support
- Act as first-line support for system-related issues across the organisation.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
- Support system integration, data flow, and reporting requirements.
- Manage relationships with external IT service providers and software vendors.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of IT systems in a business environment (NDIS/Aged Care sector experience desirable).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Experience in CRM/Case Management systems (VisiCase preferred, but not essential if adaptable).
- Ability to manage vendors, raise and follow up on support tickets effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical staff.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Highly organised, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (desirable but not essential if proven experience).
- 2–3 years in IT support, systems coordination, or business systems role.
- Previous experience supporting implementations of HRIS/CRM/document management systems preferred.
