We are currently looking for Project Security Administrator to join our Victorian Construction Business and support the delivery of an upcoming project in the Western and Northwestern Suburbs of Melbourne.

This role will play a key role in supporting the project team with Personnel Security Management and the associated administration.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting Lendlease’s Construction Security Manager and Project Security Officer with the implementation of personnel security protocols.- Managing personnel access approvals to the project and construction sites.- Collecting personal information and documentation from project staff.- Validating of security clearance information using AGSVA portals.- Maintaining and report on security registers and records.- Supporting audits and compliance checks of personnel records.

Job requirements:- Hold a Government Security Clearance or have the ability to obtain one (we will help support this).- Previous experience with data entry, general administration, collection of information, and document management.- Previous experience with security compliance and administration will be highly regarded.- Effective time management and organisational skills.- Great customer service skills, and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholder groups, both internal and external.- The ability to work in a small team with a positive and friendly manner.- Experience working with computers, including Microsoft Applications.
