The primary responsibility of this position is to co-ordinate and execute internal communications programs across the HUB24 Group and support other Corporate Communications initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support in the coordination and delivery of the HUB24 Group internal communications program.
- Contribute to the development of the internal communications plan by collaborating with the People Team and Senior Leaders across the business.
- Manage internal communications calendar.
- Write, edit and prepare various internal messaging for BAU and ad-hoc programs, across a range of communication channels.
- Contribute to Group social media program.
- Support the delivery of regular employee events such as town halls.
- Support the delivery of employee philanthropy programs.
- Create content and messaging to support other corporate communications activity.
- Regularly review internal communications activity to measure effectiveness and consider new tools/channels for internal purposes.

**What we need**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in Internal Communications
- Strong writing and editing skills and having strong attention to detail
- Ability to translate business strategy/complex ideas into simple and effective communications.
- Understanding of internal communications best practice and tools.
- Project management skills
