Be responsible for the creation, management and coordination of a comprehensive and responsive internal communications program for our Lumus Imaging business.

**Roles and responsibilities include**:

- Develop and deliver strategy to increase employee engagement through effective communication.
- Execute communications which facilitate a shared understanding of the business's objectives and priorities.
- Create communication materials for Executive Leadership team.
- Contribute to and support wider Group activities.

Having had experience in a similar role you will need experience supporting senior leaders, handling sensitive information and working autonomously to achieve outcomes.

With formal qualification or equivalent experience in communications/marketing or related discipline, those with with a strong background in change management communications will be highly regarded.
