Beacon Family Healthcare is a newly established modern medical clinic in Beaconsfield, run by our husband and wife doctor team. We are a community friendly clinic that prides itself in providing a high level of medical services to our surrounding community. Our facilities include 6 consult rooms, treatment room and pathology on site.

Our initial opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, and Sunday 10am - 2pm.

**About the Role**:
**Duties include**:

- Meet and greet patients and visitors
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas remain clean and tidy
- Appointment book management
- Liaising with the whole team throughout the practice
- General Administrative tasks (scanning, filing)
- Managing phone enquiries and appointments
- Scheduling appointments
- Medical billing and invoicing
- Ensure medication records are managed confidentially and efficiently.

**Essential Criteria**
- Must have previous practice reception experience
- Must provide current Victorian drivers licence (ample onsite parking)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service
- Experience with Best Practice Software
- Excellent organisational and time management skills

**Salary**: $28.34 - $30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Beaconsfield, VIC 3807: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
