We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic medical setting and can confidently complete front-desk duties during evening hours and occasional Saturday shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming patients and managing check-ins/check-outs
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Booking and managing appointments across multiple practitioners
- Processing Medicare, private billings and banking for GP's and Allied Health
- Assisting clinical staff with administrative support
- Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and organised
- Open and closing clinic

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $26.85 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- On call
- Weekend availability
