The Medical Clinic is a privately owned general practice with clinics in Beaconsfield and Belgrave South.

About the role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Casual medical receptionist to join our friendly Beaconsfield and Belgrave South practices. This position is on a Casual basis and would primarily be to cover annual and sick leave within the clinic.

The Medical Clinic is a well established mixed billing practice servicing our community for over 25 years with supportive Practice management.

Key selection criteria;
- Strong experience in medical practice
- Excellent people skills and ability to work in a team or alone
- Genuine desire to assist our patients, staff and General Practitioners
- Possess a strong work ethic and reliability
- Good computer skills (Best Practice experience desirable)
- Flexibility to work between hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm
- Must be able to cover annual leave and sick leave of permanent staff

**Salary**: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff and patients must wear masks in clinic

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
