Our Client's
**Account Executive** plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services to customers, working closely with Account Managers and third-party manufacturers. This position requires client interaction, taking a lead role in specific projects. Ideally, you'll have project management experience or technical print knowledge, preferably with previous experience in a print management company or printers.

**What will you be doing?**
- Ensure services are delivered on time, to specification, and are achieving contractual targets;
- Create detailed specifications for internal and external clients;
- Develop a strong understanding of your customers' business and industry;
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide complementary digital services alongside print solutions; &
- Monitor projects to ensure adherence to specifications and a timely delivery.

**So who are you?**

You'll have:

- Rapport-building skills with clients along with strong collaboration and teamwork abilities;
- Experience in account management within a contracted environment, adhering to SLAs and KPIs;
- Previous experience in print/print management/print buying/marketing print procurement; &
- Customer-facing experience.
