Melbourne, Victoria, Australia GP HVAC Group Full time $45,000 - $60,000 per year

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Accounts Executive. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for various accounting and administrative tasks to support our financial operations. This is a part-time position with a weekly commitment of hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Newly Created Position to assist with increasing workload of accounts admin.
  • Busy environment with spacious office space
  • Convenient hours any days between Mon-Fri 9:00am - 2:30pm with 30mins unpaid lunch break.
  • ERP software experience will be helpful
  • Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Support payroll processing and related documentation
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding financial activities

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role preferred
  • Proficient in using accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Associate's degree in accounting or related field is a plus

Working Hours: This is a part-time position with a weekly commitment of hours. The specific working hours can be flexible based on mutual agreement.
