Manager - Solution Architecture

**The Opportunity - Full Time**

The Solution Architecture Manager is a a trusted partner to the business leadership team, aligning technology and business strategy. They will be responsible for leading the designs and solution architecture of the core technology systems within Greenstone and will identify opportunities for redevelopment across the current solutions whilst oversee the cloud transition of Evolve and its peripheral systems.

The Solution Architecture Manager will continue to develop and mature the Solution Architecture capability whilst ensure that the solutions deliver on all project goals at Greenstone.

**What are we looking for?**
- Tertiary qualifications (e.g. bachelor degree) in a relevant discipline
- 10+ years in a position responsible for Solution Architecture in a medium sized enterprise incorporating people and line management responsibilities
- 2+ Years' experience in architecting for the public cloud environment
- High level and detailed design and authoring of Architecture and Design documents in a commercial environment
- Excellent understanding of Information Security, Cybersecurity and Risk management
- Experience leading Architecture across modern development practices such as DevSecOps and Agile
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
- Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders across all areas of the business, both technical and non-technical on the technology direction and approach

**Desirable**
- Completed tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent industry experience
