**About the Role**

We are currently looking for a dynamic Capability Manager to join the team and be responsible for designing and delivering learning and development programs to meet the strategic direction and future capability needs together with developing and implementing the learning and development plan and create flexible learning solutions.

Reporting to the Human Resources Director your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Design and deliver fit for purpose blended learning solutions for the retail operating business in support of BAU and projects
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications relevant to change initiatives
- Assist leaders to conduct capability assessments to identify capability gaps and L&D needs
- Collaborate with HR and the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and deliver where appropriate capability development programs to support early career programs such as apprentices and sales cadets
- Support Trivett with their onboarding program including workshops, webinars etc.
- Evolve the capability framework to show by role the skills, knowledge and behaviour requirement needed, as well as the methods of acquiring and assessing them
- Support the delivery of projects to achieve outcomes in the operating model

**About You**

**The successful applicant will have the following attributes**:

- Minimum 5 years learning and development experience
- A full drivers licence
- Facilitation of learning experience across a wide range of learning platforms
- Demonstrated experience in the creation and delivery of learning programs including instructional design
- Experience in analysing a business problem and working with key stakeholders to develop a solution to resolve it
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Education or a related discipline
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
