**About the Company**
Davidson is the preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government. We currently are looking for EOI for A05 to A08 Project and Program roles.
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities to include but not limited to (this will depend on level of role)**
- Undertake project planning, analysis, integrate project activities and evaluate the impact of projects and initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project services in consultation with stakeholders to ensure identified needs are met.
- Assist in coordinating the development and implementation of policies, practices, and procedures.
- Assist in coordinating, organising, and promoting the activities identified within the program.
- Provide critical advice and administrative support to program and senior management for the successful delivery technical assurance support across the delivery including activities such as secretariat support managing confidential and coordination of program meetings and logistics.
- Assist in managing reporting, correspondence, and analysis of financial information, as well as assist in preparing reports, submissions, briefing notes, ministerial correspondence and policy documentation as required and to inform program decision making.
- Manage and direct project teams on the ongoing development of processes, procedures, and tools for project management.
- Provide strategic advice and operational direction to the Executive Management Team, Board and key stakeholders.
- Deliver high quality project management, governance compliance, risk mitigation / avoidance and cooperate accountability whilst meeting and adhering to service commitments.
- Representing the client on internal and external user groups, programs, committees and working groups.
- Providing detailed reporting (progress, quarterly and yearly) in regard to the Strategic and Operational plans.
- Undertaking business improvement activities which include development, management and maintenance pf policies and procedures ensuring best practice.
**About You**
- Experience with editing, proofreading, precision, and accuracy of documents.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint etc.
- Strong knowledge of and adherence to project methodology, procedures, and governance.
- Personal attributes including critical thinking, logically skilled, highly organised, accountability, creativity, problem solving, motivation, and enthusiasm.
- Previous Government experience and the same / similar level highly desirable.
- Demonstrated strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail.
